Dr. Matt Goranson is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon excited to return to the Bay Area. He focuses on utilizing technology to create predictable and accurate outcomes in surgery, dental implants, wisdom teeth, and anesthesia.

Dr. Goranson is a native of the Bay Area, growing up in Los Altos, California. He is excited to return to the people and weather of the Bay Area!
His interests in oral surgery include utilizing technology to create more predictable and accurate outcomes in surgery, dental implants, wisdom teeth, and anesthesia.
Education & Residency
Dr. Goranson completed his undergraduate degree in Biology with a minor in history at Boston College. He then attended Columbia University for dental school, and finished training at the University of Connecticut for medical school and residency.
Hobbies & Interests
Outside of oral surgery, Dr. Goranson enjoys spending time with his family. He also enjoys history, gardening, golf, skiing, and cheering on Bay Area sports teams.
